To set up a new aquarium, add one level measuring spoon (5 ml = approx. 6.5 g) of Pro-Cichlid Mineral for each 5.3 US-gal./20 l of aquarium system water and stir until dissolved.

If there are fish in the tank already, dissolve the corresponding amount of Pro-Cichlid Mineral in 3 to 4 l/0.8–1 US-gal. of aquarium water and add this solution to the aquarium while the water is being circulated. To achieve uniform water quality, the corresponding amount of Pro-Cichlid Mineral should be added to any fresh water used to replenish or renew the water in the aquarium.
